By using SportsVeins, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
Free design proofs
We provide free, no-obligation design proofs. You are not charged until you approve a proof and complete checkout. We reserve the right to limit the number of free proof requests from a single customer if abuse is detected.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Once payment is received and the proof is approved, your order is sent to production.
Production and shipping
Standard production time and shipping windows are listed on the product page. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
Returns and refunds
Because every order is custom-printed to your design, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or design changes after approval. If a product arrives defective or differs materially from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Your design content
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos, names, photos, or artwork you upload. You are responsible for any third-party rights in your content. SportsVeins may decline orders that appear to infringe trademarks or copyrights.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not attempt to attack, scrape, or disrupt the site.
- One account per person; provide accurate contact info.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when changes took effect.
