1. Design it. Pick a product, choose your colors, add your text or logo.
2. Get a free proof. Our team puts together a real digital mockup — no charge, no obligation.
3. Approve & pay. Reply with edits or approve as-is. You only pay once you're happy.
4. Ships in 5–7 business days after approval. Production starts the moment you approve.

Standard pricing is $25 per unit for our flagship products. Order 12+ units and a 10% bulk discount kicks in automatically at checkout.

Some products (apparel, posters) have size-based pricing — final price shows on the product page once you pick a size.

Can schools use POs? Yes. Send your purchase order with your request — we'll confirm by email.

Are tax-exempt orders supported? Yes. Upload your certificate or email it to us, and we'll bill accordingly.

When does production begin? Production begins once payment or an approved PO is received.

Production takes 3–15 business days from proof approval, depending on production queue and order size. We ship from the USA via standard ground (typically 2–5 business days) — tracking is emailed automatically.

Need it faster? Reply to your proof email and we'll quote a rush option.

Proof revisions are unlimited and free before you approve. Tell us exactly what to change and we'll send a fresh mockup.

After approval, every order is custom-printed — we can't accept returns or cancellations once production starts. If anything arrives defective or wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

For the cleanest print, send us:

• Logos: transparent PNG or SVG, at least 1000 px on the long edge.
• Photos: high-resolution JPG or PNG, at least 2000 px on the long edge.
• Colors: if you have specific HEX or Pantone codes, drop them in the notes field.

No artwork? No problem — pick a built-in design and customize the text and colors. We'll handle the rest.
